For practices & PCNs

Pilot programme for practices and PCNs

We are working closely with a small number of practices before general availability. A pilot is hands-on: we set Waymira up around how you already work, and improve it with you.

What a pilot involves

  1. Set-up around your practice

We configure Waymira with your slot types, your protocols and your red-flag rules. Bring your existing documents; we’ll help turn them into plain-English protocols.

  2. Training for your team

Short, practical training for receptionists and care navigators, plus your practice manager and clinical lead.

  3. Weekly review

A regular check-in to review overrides, corrections and feedback, and agree changes with your clinical lead.

Who it’s for

  • NHS GP practices and Primary Care Networks in England.
  • Teams with a mix of ARRS roles, nurse clinics and same-day services.
  • Practices onboarding new reception staff or care navigators.
  • Practices using a softphone such as Surgery Connect, for live call assist.

What we ask of you

  • A named clinical lead to review overrides and approve corrections.
  • Your current slot types and care-navigation protocols.
  • Information governance sign-off, including your DPIA. We’ll support this.
  • Honest feedback from your reception team.

Pricing

We are not publishing prices during the pilot programme. Pilot terms depend on the size of your practice or PCN and what you would like to test. Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Before you start: Waymira is standalone and does not yet integrate with Accurx, EMIS Web or SystmOne. It runs in a browser alongside them, and your team books in your usual system.

Bring Waymira to your reception team

We are working with a small number of practices and PCNs on our pilot programme. We will set it up around your slot types and protocols, train your team and review it with you every week.
